Otter = Koichi Yamadera = Zorori
Hood Man = Banjo Ginga = Doctor Gaon
Franz = Kenichi Ogata = Antagonist Wizard from Episode 8.
That’s part of the fun is trying to detect who was in what from the relatively small voice acting pool.

It’s weird hearing this early role of Koichi Yamadera – he really grew into a richer voice from this. I barely recognize him here.
